Barnes Farm is located just west of Shelbyville, TN on the corner of 64W and 130W in the heart of Tennessee Walking Horse country. After retiring from DuPont in Old Hickory, TN and selling our Beefmaster cattle farm in Springfield, TN, we moved here in December, 2005. We became interested in the versatile TWH several years before our move and decided that we wanted to be closer to our horses and the shows. We have definitely enjoyed the convenience of being in the middle of the "action" without the travel time through Nashville.

Looks like Santa was all knowing in 2010----he brought Wayne hair!!!!!

We have settled in and are enjoying working with our pleasure horses, mares and colts.  We offer for sale quality trail and pleasure horses at all times. We will be adding and updating pictures of our horses for sale frequently so be sure to check back often.
